Energy
Brent and WTI crude oil and Henry Hub natural gas spot prices from the EIA, with daily change, history and comparisons.
About these prices
The headline prices are the front-month futures contracts (ICE Brent, NYMEX WTI and Henry Hub natural gas), delayed about 10 minutes and published only when two market feeds agree. The charts and statistics use the physical spot prices published by the U.S. Energy Information Administration one observation per trading day, usually the following afternoon US time; spot and front-month futures can differ, most of all when supply is tight. Monthly averages from the World Bank extend the history back to 1960 for oil and 1990 for natural gas.
