How holdings are valued
Each holding is converted to troy ounces of pure metal (weight × fineness ÷ 31.1034768 for grams) and multiplied by the current reference price per ounce, converted to your chosen currency at the daily ECB reference rate. Profit or loss compares that value with the total cost you entered. Reference prices exclude dealer premiums, so a coin bought at a premium will show a small initial loss — that is expected.
